I’m really grateful that you’re here today because I’m so excited about this topic: learning how to set healthy boundaries. When I’ve approached this topic in the past, I’ve said that it’s all about being loving, but firm.
But, are you drawing that line? Do you love yourself enough? Do you have enough self-esteem to actually integrate them when the stakes are high? Setting boundaries is tough work and it’s common to come down with a bad case of imposter syndrome as you integrate them. But remember: what people think about you is none of your business.
