Today’s pod is extra special. If you’ve been listening to this podcast for a while, you’ll remember that I went to Costa Rica with Jack Canfield at the end of 2019 to try the plant medicine Ayahuasca at Rythmia. That week long experience completely changed my life.
Last week, I had the honor to be invited to Rythmia’s Rise Up Evolutionary Conversations with their creative director John Jacob Mubarak. We took that conversation to Facebook Live, and received so much positive praise that we decided to feature it in today’s episode.
